Dear Mr. Wehmann:

   Since I helped co-found Digital Recorders, Inc. in 1983, I have spent hundreds of thousands of dollars with various agencies and individuals trying to market my company and products.  Never in 16 years have I ever felt that I made as good a decision as the day I hired your firm to assist us with our direct mail marketing.

   I must tell you that it was your seminar on this subject that made me aware of how little I knew about the subject and how far the industry had come in terms of technology and documentation supporting this area of marketing.

   Many times other divisions of ours have tried to do "thrifty" mailings and do everything themselves (as entrepreneurs often do) with virtually no results. I thrive on the results that we have created through your association, and as a commissioned employee I feel the results where it matters most, in my wallet.

   You have taken the time to explain every piece of each mailing, why they are necessary, ways to increase the response by ten fold and I appreciate that type of "hands on" experience.

   If you ever require a reference to gain the confidence of a prospective client, I can promise you if they talk to me they will be your client for years to come. Your value in the long run helped us double sales for the 1992 year and we are again trying to accomplish that feat in 1993.
