To Whom It May Concern:
Earlier this year, we hired
Direct Marketing Resources Group (DMRG) to conduct an
in-house seminar on healthcare direct marketing and relationship
marketing for a variety of Rex Hospital departments
including Rex Marketing.
George Wehmann, president of
DMRG, conducted the course which was delivered in a two-workshop
format on two separate dates. DMRG's seminar provided
a common-ground understanding for the attendees. Mr. Wehmann
did a good job of involving the participants before the
seminar and preparing them to discuss patient and physician
relationship issues for their respective areas.
Mr. Wehmann was well prepared
and presented the course material from the perspective
of healthcare-related marketing issues and examples.
He also followed up with Rex Marketing staff to create
a bridge from the seminar to help Rex implement action
steps and program execution. I would recommend DMRG's
seminars, as delivered to Rex Hospital, to other healthcare
institutions seeking to develop their opportunities in
relationship marketing and healthcare direct marketing.
