What special offer does DMRG have for you?

Not included in most traditional marketing training are lessons about offers.  Effective offers must connect to the audience.  The better you know your audience, the better, more effective offers you can make.

Reducing prices works, but over time can you afford continouse price decreases?  Can you afford to trigger a price war?  Reducing prices should be the last offer strategies to consider, even if your audience says price reduction is their number one choice of what you should offer.  There's many alternatives to price offers.

To stay in business, funds must be available after fixed and variable expenses are deducted from revenue.  This applies for both for-profit and not-for-profit organizations.   It's a key point of business survival.

So what does DMRG offer? Good question.  The answer is stated above: "The better you know your audience, the better, more effective offers you can make."  Should I blindly offer you whatever I think you'll find valuable? 

The easiest offer is discounting price since it's obvious everyone likes to pay less.  That may help if your audience is everyone, but only a handful of commodity products have everyone as an audience.  If the offer strategy of your marketing takes the easy way out, that can come at a higher price - less or no profit.
